We want you to love your chair, however, if that's not the case, we do offer a 30-day return policy. To start a return inquiry your product must be complete, in pristine condition, the original packaging must be in unchanged condition and have to be used for the return. To avoid damage during the return process, disassemble the product completely. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return freight. To approve your return we require a receipt, which can be found under 'My pages'. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since you received the product, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your product. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Gift cards
- Items that are purchased with gift cards or store credit (these are refunded as a gift card/store credit)
- Products that are not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to DXRacer's error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
If considered appropriate, there are situations that only a partial refund will be made.

Sale items will only be refunded to the price at the time of purchase, not to its original pricing.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective item, read our Warranty & complaints information.

Contact us at email@example.com for instructions on how to return your product. No extra fees will be added when you return goods to us. When you return an item to us that is not covered by warranty, you are responsible for paying the shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can offer you a more favourable pricing on shipping costs for return shipping, so always contact us before returning your item.
