Q: Which chair would suit me the best?
A: We are proud to provide a wide range of products, taking each person’s style, favourite esport team, and weight/height into consideration. You can use the “Which DXRacer is for you”-guide to determine the best fit for your body type. Remember to check out our special edition chairs as well. If you would like a recommendation feel free to contact info@dxracer-europe.com with your height, weight and approximate shoulder-width for personalized service. We will be happy to help you find the best DXRacer for you!

Q: The chair I want is out of stock. When is it coming back?
A: We try to update the status of the Chairs restocking date as fast as we get the information, but if it is a special chair you are aiming for you can always send us an email to info@dxracer-europe.com and we will check the date for that particular chair for you.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: All orders placed before 15:00 are processed the same day and 98% of our shipments will be delivered within 2-5 business days. This is something we are working hard to have fast delivery all over Europe.

Q: How can I track my package?
A: You can use the tracking information found in the email which you will receive when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact order@dxracer-europe.com with your full order information including your order number if you haven't received the information.

Q: What’s the warranty offered by you?
A: We offer a two-year warranty on all products, accessories or parts sold via www.dxracer-europe.com. Our manufacturer also provides a life-time warranty on the steel frame found inside of the backrest and bucket seat. Please contact support@dxracer-europe.com for more information.

Q: My warranty has expired! Where can I buy spare parts for my chair?
A: You may purchase spare parts directly from www.dxracer-europe.com. Open sale on the parts is not available for the moment but will be in the nearest future. Please feel free to contact support@dxracer-europe.com and let us know what you are looking for. We will be happy to help you!

Q: My product arrived with a broken part. What do I do now?
A: Please contact our support department at support@dxracer-europe.com with your order ID or receipt and provide a short explanation of the issue. We will do our best to provide you with assistance as fast as we can!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your DXRacer must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact support@dxracer-europe.com for any questions or hesitations you might have.

Q: Can I get sponsored/Affiliate?
A: We provide the ultimate gaming experience for the top esport athletes, esport broadcasts, content creators and for those who spend long hours gaming. Unfortunately, however, we currently do not offer an affiliate program. For sponsorships, partnerships or other marketing purposes, please email marketing@dxracer-europe.com. Please note that due to high demand, replies may vary in regarding of time.
