Warranty & Complaint

We want you to love your product and we place great emphasis on getting you as effective help as possible should problems occur. We have a department specifically dedicated to warranty and return inquiries.

The warranty covers products sold by DXRacer Europe or one of our authorized merchants. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects and is valid for two years starting from the date you received your product.

During the warranty period, provided that the product has been used under authorized conditions, DXRacer Europe will repair or replace the products/parts which prove to be defective due to defects in manufacture or materials. DXRacer Europe reserves the right to repair products in the manner they deem appropriate. DXRacer Europe primarily replaces defective components with new or restored parts.

For smoother and faster help, always have your order-ID and PIA-number ready when you contact us. The PIA-number can be found underneath the seat. We only replace items if we can deem that they are defective or damaged. To start a support inquiry, send an e-mail to support@dxracer-europe.com with your order-ID and PIA-number and a description of the defect. Please attach a picture of the damage or defect that has occurred.

To fulfil the warranty, you should first contact the authorized merchant from whom you purchased the product. If you purchased your product directly from us at DXRacer Europe, please contact us by email at support@dxracer-europe.com.
