DXRacer chairs are shipped to more than 56 nations and regions all over the world. DXRacer official website now can only ship to the United States, excluding Alaska(AK) and Hawaii(HI). For other countries, please contact our global resellers (Click here) . In selected countries, our products can also be purchased via online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, GameStop, etc.

If you need warranty service, you can log in to your account and click the button “After-Sales” on the lower right side of your order. Then fill out the form to tell us the details and wait. You will receive an email notification after approval.
②Your original order was shipped from May 1, 2021~April 30, 2023
You can visit our Contact DXRacer Page to fill out the form. We are here to serve you. Once DXRacer ships your replacement parts for free, you will receive an email notification.

The DXRacer gaming chairs come in three sizes (Regular/L, Plus/XL and Super Plus/XXL) to allow you to find the perfect fit for your body. If you're in between sizes, go up a size for more space.
Orders & Payment
Any orders that have not been paid for within 3 days (72 hours) will be canceled without further notice.
The product’s color, delivery address, promotional code, or other details cannot be modified after an order has been submitted and paid for.
If your order is ready to be shipped, you can simply cancel it and place a new one. All amounts will be refunded with no additional fee.
Once an order has left the warehouse, it can no longer be canceled. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return and place a new order. ( If you request a return after the item has been shipped, you are responsible for the additional shipping fee, wear and tear fee, etc. )
